Welcome to your vacation rental property with us! Before you embark on your beachfront getaway, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
Booking Confirmation
By booking our vacation rental property, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein. Your booking confirmation serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
Reservation Requirements
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
House Rules
Guests are expected to respect our property and adhere to all posted house rules, including:
No smoking
No pets
No unauthorized parties or events
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or violations of the rental agreement. The deposit will be returned within days of check-out, pending inspection of the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
Incidentals and Additional Charges
Guests are responsible for any incidental charges incurred during their stay, including but not limited to:
Long-distance phone calls
Pay-per-view movies
Damage to the property or its contents
Liability Waiver
Guests assume all risks associated with their stay, including personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any disruptions or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, or government-mandated travel restrictions.
Amendment and Severability
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
