Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Flat panel TVs and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot, 300 sq. ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

We stayed in condo #2206 Emerald Isle in PCB Fl, initially I was leary of being up that high but ended up being a good experience. Emerald Isle is a great location and the condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed.Also Helen the manager is very good to work with, will rent again.

I really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable. The get-started supplies was a big help. The views and location are perfect. Close to the pier, but far enough away to be out of the bad traffic areas. Even though the building has a lot of floors, you don’t wait long for the elevator. I appreciated having a dedicated parking place and beach chair service available. I would stay again.
