Fully stocked kitchen for evening meals on the balcony, new fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, new microwave, new dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, enjoy your morning coffee with a regular or K cup combo coffee pot, and fast Wifi.
Gulf front Master suite with new king bed, master bath with a large walk in shower, new shower head and upgraded linens. Guest bedroom with 2 new queen beds and new bedding, smart TV. Full guest bath with tub, new shower head and upgraded linens.
Check out the size of the 10x28 foot balcony, with new furniture including 2 loungers, 2 rockers, and 6 person high top table seating, nothing on PCB compares to this balcony size!
Condo Association offers-Free gas grills, 2 pools and a large hot tub, one of the pools is heated seasonally indoor/outdoor combo. Parking is under the building with additional parking across the street with an over the street bridge. Emerald Isle Resort 14th floor, just high enough to avoid street and pool noise but still enjoy the ocean sounds and watch dolphins and stingrays swimming in the beautiful emerald waters. 2 miles west of Pier Park quiet community area but close to action when you want it.

Husband and I decided on a short getaway and we left wishing it was a longer stay ..... we always feel like we have come “ home” again when we stay here. This condo is always super clean and in tip top shape .... You don’t need to bring a single thing except your clothes! Walmart delivers quickly and efficiently. If you don’t feel like cooking there are great places within walking distance and about 2 miles down the road is a great little outdoor shopping center and the pier. We love sitting under the umbrella ( comes with condo) on the beach and can’t forget the absolutely wonderful oversized balcony where we enjoy morning coffee... lunch .... Dinner and just about all our evening until bedtime ..will be back again !
Stayed a week every thing was great
If you could plan your “ best ever” getaway this would be it !!! Clean!!! spacious and lacking nothing for your stay..... Perfectly located ....right on the beach ..... beach chairs and an umbrella come with the condo (big plus) two pools , plenty of loungers and gas grills to cook your great steaks you picked up from Winn Dixie just a mile down the road ..... did I mention Walmart delivers?!! Kitchen more than full stocked with anything you would need to provide meals ..... every room has a large TV.... Comfortable mattresses and bed linen ..... plus sized bath towels and washer /dryer to use before you leave so you don’t have a pile of laundry to struggle thru at the end of your vaca . I have stayed at other condos and will definitely chose this hands down every time . My family and I will be coming back frequently .
