Emerald Isle 1709 - Beachfront condo! Front row beach chairs included!

The lady that runs this is a true gem! There was a technical error with a double booking and she took care of it within 5 minutes of a phone call. That was truly amazing and a relief. The condo was clean, quiet and served us well. But the most impressive thing to me was how she handled a technical mix up. Thank you Helen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Emerald Islay condo. Helen was an exceptional host, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. She provided clear instructions for everything ahead of time and was always easy to reach by text or phone, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. The condo was spotless and featured a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The views were absolutely stunning, you can see the Gulf of Mexico right from the balcony and even from the master bedroom. The spacious balcony quickly became our favorite spot to relax and take in the ocean and beach scenery. The location is incredibly convenient and felt very safe. We were comfortable walking around with our family even at night. Beach access is right at the property, which was a huge plus. There are also plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to grab meals or essentials. Parking was never an issue, there is covered parking available across the street if you do not find a spot directly at the property, which was very helpful. Helen truly went above and beyond by promptly providing additional towels and laundry detergent when we needed them. She also kindly allowed us a late check out, even though she had new guests arriving that Saturday afternoon. Whenever we plan our next trip to Panama City Beach, we will definitely reach out to Helen again to stay at this same property.

Condo unit is amazing, well decorated, well stocked and updated! Dealing with Helen is a pleasure! She looks after you. You won’t be disappointed. We come back every winter and book with Helen.
