Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and two additional side rocking chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great condo, directly on beach with great view from 18th floor!
Have not been to beach in years. Was pleasantly surprised at the condo location. Away from all the traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. 18th floor view was magnificent. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything promoted. Rooms were quiet. Not disturbed by any outside noise. Condo was roomier than expected. Beach chairs were good to have. Overall a great visit in a nice condo. Highly recommend renting from Helen. She answered the few questions I had quickly. And super nice. Will use her and hopefully this condo again.
Excellent condo to rent. Large balcony with great view. Beach and pool had plenty of room every day. Like that is located slightly down from the heavier traffic area. Quick access to grocery and souvenir stores.
