We are so excited to offer this newly purchased and renovated condo for others to enjoy! It has been a joy to pour my heart and soul into it to create the perfect vacation getaway! I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do! We basically started from scratch. Practically everything is brand new!
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 21th floor. A reserved parking space is located on the 3rd floor of the building. No more hassle hunting for a parking space! (One time $40 parking fee is not included in the rental amount.)
Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size beds in both bedrooms. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs, and two chaise loungers. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The condo was very nicely decorated and had all the necessities. The view from the HUGE balcony gave me the impression of being in the middle of the Gulf. The owner of this condo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable and even had extra blankets.
Our latest stay at Emerald Isle was very peaceful. Being on the beach viewing the water and sunsets is what we keep returning for. The condo was beautifully decorated really making the stay more enjoyable. The pools, hot-tub and steam room are amazing. Looking forward to our next stay at Emerald Isle.
A brief stay for us but would love to return someday. The Property Manager was professional and Very helpful. I have recommended this condo to our relatives for their next year visit. I know they will enjoy working with the owner.
