Emerald Isle 1906 - Front row beach chair service included!

The condo was clean, updated, comfortable and the A/C worked well. The beds were comfortable. Our balcony view was perfect, and the balcony furniture was very nice. We liked having a designated parking spot in the garage. Upon arrival, a staff member we met in the elevator welcomed us and offered helpful advice. The attendant in the office was very friendly and helpful. The condo also included beach service for two which was great. However, we were disappointed by no beach service on one of our four beach days. The beach attendants did not set up tents and chairs that morning because it was raining (understandable). By noon, the weather cleared but no beach attendants were present at Emerald Isle to set up chairs once the inclement weather moved out. We've never stayed at a beach destination that did NOT set up beach service once the weather cleared. Also, we were displeased that beachgoers with their own tents, chairs, etc., were allowed to set up in front of the paid beach service chairs, instead of a designated area. The "front row beach chair service" advertisement was the main selling point for us in choosing this particular condo in PCB In reality, it turned out NOT to be front row since the beach service at Emerald Isle does NOT designate a separate place for guests who do not pay for beach service. We enjoyed everything about the rental EXCEPT for these two issues with the beach service. The manager provided good customer service. She was prompt in her response time when we reached out to her with a question. I would highly recommend this nice condo for guests with children or grandchildren to supervise while playing between your chairs and the water. But, for adults who like an unobstructed view of the ocean, the "front row beach service" advertisement is misleading since the view from the front row beach chair is a public beach vibe.

nice updated kitchen. Bathrooms weren’t updated . beds weren’t comfortable . veiw and balcony was great! location was good. Price was good.

Our stay at Emerald Isle was very enjoyable. The property description was accurate, with the condo located right on the ocean, offering beautiful views and being close to local attractions. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained, though the washer did have an unpleasant smell and the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The elevators were easy to use with no long waits, which made moving around the property convenient. Communication and check-in were smooth, and while we didn’t need much from the owner or manager, everything went well. Overall, we would recommend this property to friends and family for its great location, oceanfront setting, and cleanliness. During our stay, we also enjoyed exploring nearby attractions and dining at local restaurants, which added to the convenience and fun of our trip.
