Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

he condo unit was updated, clean, and one of the best units I have stayed in at the Emerald Isle Building.
We came with friends to spend a quiet time on the beach. The condo is lovely with updated decor. The rooms worked perfectly for us with a king bed and the two queens a great benefit to this unit. The kitchen is clean and has everything you would need. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. The beach chairs were nice and the staff very attentive. The parking below was tight but having the space across the street was nice. We liked the condo is out of the way from the crazy beach crowds but an easy drive to restaurants etc.
I didn't like the fact that we had to pay 40 dollars for a parking pass.
