Latitude 29 is a family oriented small beachfront complex located just steps from the white powder sand and beautiful emerald gulf waters. If you come to the beach for tranquility and relaxation, Unit 3 at Latitude 29 is an excellent choice. You will love the beauty and quietness of its location and the nearness to all Latitude 29 amenities.
Unit 3 is the only unit with two bedrooms. Well-known local architect Cary McWhorter designed the unit, which was completely restructured and reconfigured to create an open modern design and family oriented floor plan.
The ocean is your backyard and Unit 3 is located on ground walk out your sliding door to enjoy the beauty from your lanai or to sit at the sea wall. It is steps to the beach. A large covered grilling area is conveniently located nearby. Other amenities include a pool, kiddie pool, spa, or enjoying what is acclaimed “the best backyard on the beach.” Everything is within easy reach from the condo.

The Master Bedroom has a custom built king size platform bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds and has an en-suite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. Mattresses in both bedrooms are topped with 4 lb. memory foam for comfort and are encased in high quality allergy/bug protection. Both rooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.
No pets allowed. Cable and Wi-Fi are included.
