Queen sleeper in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 6 chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

We liked the location and easy access to our condo. Loved the big balcony and view of the gulf. Helen was super nice and very helpful.
We truly enjoyed our stay in unit 505. Spacious condo and loved the huge balcony. The only problem we had along with everyone else at the Emerald Isle were the elevators. One was down the entire week and everyday they had problems with at least one of the other 3. We wound up taking the stairs many times thru the week. And parking in the ground level or 2nd level wasn’t like many other condos we have stayed at. Paying $40 per vehicle and then parking it across the street on several occasions isn’t right. We will not be staying at this condo in the future. Too many other condos available with better parking arrangements
Condo was not cleaned properly when we arrived but Helen responded quickly and the owner of cleaning company came quickly and completely recleaned condo. The battery on the door lock died and we were locked out around 8pm one night, but Helen responded immediately and got us back in very quickly! So no issue at all. Condo was great and the beach is very close and easily accessible from unit. No long walkways, etc. We really enjoyed the stay and would rent from Helen again.
