Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The elevator kept getting stuck and had to wait a long time. I am sure it was just as frustrating for the office as well. I knew The elevators were new and needed to work out the kinks. Hopefully all better now. The unit was nice. We liked Pineapple Willey, Captain Jacks, Back porch and Sharkeys. Thank you!
The condo was perfect. Balcony furniture was very comfy. Master bath shower was beautiful. Helen is so easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Very nice high rise location right on the white sans of the gulf. We have been here many times and love the unit and the building. Easy access to everything; Pier Park, Conservation Park, many restaurants and tons of attractions.
